Would thrice a week do? 4.)  Ã‚  Ã‚   I am usually quite busy because of work, would you suggest that I use strategy 3 or 5 on chapter 3? 5.)  Ã‚  Ã‚   Just in case a â€Å"fatal disaster† like the one described in chapter 6 page 89 occurs, is there really no chance to overcome it?
